A break from cross stitching

Whenever I spend a long time doing on more project my mind gets distracts and feels like doing something else. I realised I have spent the a 4 weeks cross stitching doing one project after another there only a few months left in the year to do anything special. I want to return to mail art but there's a problem of another postal strike, or could use courier service which will cost a lot. Last time I checked domestic mail is flowing but don't know about ones from over seas as there is backlog of 20 million in London alone. Any mail from abroad travels to London to be sorted. So at the moment at least atcs are on the go.
The colours are suppose to purple, the camera see it as blue and even worse with the printer as can't print out deep purple.
The top are for purple theme, I used the salt technique on the first with printed backgrounds for the others. In any craft collections there are card/paper scraps and since I do papercrafting as in assemble models there are loads. So I went through my collection and salvage what pieces are usual. Then I have to deal with the dullness of the scraps, they can be decorated with textured rubber stamps, sponging or many numerous techniques. Printing background paper only creates more waste. It takes time to make your own background paper other than throwing them in the bin there is no other way they will be used.
I discovered the mini cards or Moos is another from of swap-able art like Inches and atcs. These Moos has the same dimensions as custom print Moo-Mini cards except they are no printed. I added a mixture of mine in. Due to all the cross stitch I feel the need to something mail art related, some of my work can be lost in the post and there's new of another postal strike. Things on the snail mail side are unstable.
